1. SMS Content Restrictions
SMS messages containing spam, illegal content, or political content are strictly prohibited. Comply with Sri Lanka messaging regulations.
2. Promotional Messages
Users can send promotional or marketing messages. No usage limitations, but promotional messages may incur additional taxes.
3. Registration Requirements
Any individual or company can register. However, registration requires an address proof for verification.
4. Account Violations
Accounts that violate our Terms & Conditions will be banned immediately.
5. Refund Policy
No refunds are provided for unused SMS credits.
6. Liability for Message Failures
Delivery failures may occur due to user mistakes. We are only accountable if over 30% of messages fail due to our system error.
7. Data Security
We use HTTPS, secure servers, and secure API protocols to protect user data.
8. Sender ID Rules
Sender IDs must reflect your shop, business, or product name (up to 11 characters). Other sender ID formulas must comply with our rules.
9. Account Termination
Users can terminate their accounts at any time.
10. Unlawful Use
Accounts used for unlawful purposes will be banned immediately.
